Hey, I liked the art and jump effect. Especially that initial level rotation effect looks really good!
The overall gameplay is simple but I think the controls make it much difficult. It was very confusing to map the arrow keys to their isometric movement in my mind. Also, it got too difficult too soon. I could hardly go part level 3. But I got lucky one time and managed to reach level 9 😅
I could also go out of bounds by pressing the keys multiple times. But I think it is just a visual glitch.
Thank you for your kind feedback, glad you like it. It still has some imperfections indeed. The controlling mechanism should be refactored drastically to fix it
Sorry, it looks quite nice, but it doesn't feel very nice to play. The isometric perspective in combination with the arrows feels counter-intuitive to me. Also, the enemies don't give you any chance to sneak through, it just feels, impossible, in a way. Level 1 is ok, but on level 2 I got fed up.
Thank you for your feedback. Being it a part of a hackathon I was on a pretty tight timeframe. I agree about the controls feeling counter-intuitive, I should change the perspective view
